Andres has served as President of Condotte America, Inc. since May 2015.  He started his career at Condotte America as a field engineer in 1991.  Throughout his career Andres has worked on transportation projects that include interchanges, bridges, mass transit systems, highways and urban roadways ranging from $2 Million up to $569 Million.  He has worked on bid-build, design-bid-build and design-build-finance projects in Florida and Mid-Atlantic Region.  His career path has included roles as Field Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Manager, Joint Venture Project Director, Contracts Manager and Executive Vice President.

Andres is a current member of the BB&T Local Advisory Board and serves a director for the Florida Transportation Builder’s Association (FTBA) and the American Segmental Bridge Institute (ASBI).  He is a past president and director of the Engineering Contractors Association of South Florida.

 Andres is a professional engineer licensed in the States of Florida and Virginia.  He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelors in Civil Engineering.  Andres is a former rower for the University of Miami Men’s Varsity Crew team.


Jorge has over 48 years of experience in the heavy/highway construction industry.  Prior to joining Condotte America in 1994, Jorge worked for the Capeletti Brothers which was once South Florida's most recognized highway contractor.  At Condotte America Jorge has served as Chief Estimator and has been successful on bids for important projects for the FDOT and Miami-Dade Expressway Authority.  Some of the key projects are the $190M Palmetto Section 2 Design Build project, the $64M SR874 Killian Bid Build project, the SR-836/SR-826 Interchange Design Build project.


Brent is a professional engineer registred in the State of Florida and has over 19 years of experience in the bridge and highway construction industry.  Brent earned his civil engineering degree from the University of Florida in 1999.  At Condotte America, Brent has gained experience as a field engineer, estimator, roadway superintendent, MSE Wall superintendent, project manager and construction manager.  In 2010, Brent was appointed as a Vice President of Condotte America and is currently serving as its Director of Engineering, Planning and Cost Control.  Brent gained experience on key projects on some of Florida's most traveled highways including the SR-826 Palmetto Expressway, SR-836 Dolphin Expressway, SR-874 Don Shula Expressway and on Florida's Turnpike.

Brent is a current director for the Engineering Contractors Association of South Florida.



Adriano has 27 years of Heavy, Highway Construction experience and has worked internationally and in the United States on major projects. His remarkable portfolio of infrastructure design-build projects extends from a dam construction project in China to the segmental bridges on the I-895 Richmond Connector Project in Virginia to the $569M SR-826 Palmetto Expressway Section 5 Design-Build Project in Miami, Florida for the FDOT. Fluent in 3 languages. Adriano completed a thesis on bridge piers foundation erosion at Propaedeutic Biennial of Civil Engineering at “Universitá degli Studi” of Perugia, Italy, 1984. Having now spent the majority of his career in Florida, Adriano's roles in Condotte America have included superintendent, project manager, sr. project manager and construction manager.  Adriano has a degree in civil engineering from the Universidad de los Andes, Colombia.
